3. easy to clean the pipes
We use the steel plate to make the cooling pool , instead of the brick . Because they can cool objects faster than brick . And the steel plate has a longer life than the brick . The open pool make the natural cooling is viable . There are 10 condensing pipes ( D=219mm, L=6m )in the cooling pool , so the cooling area can reach up to about 42m². The cooling pipes are of " S " shape so that the gas can recycle at the pipes and will have a long way and enough time for full condensing .
we use the flanges and elbow to connect the cooling pipes . so it is very convenient to clean and maintain the pipe , and it also helps to extend the lilife of the whole equipment .
4. carbon black recycle system
the solid resida will be left after the catalyst spiltting from scrap plastic , approximately take up 5% to 10% of the waste tire . its main component is the carbon black , which can be used as raw materials in industry , as well could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash to produce the raw material of the thermal pow plant . and also could be applied to the manufacturing of the pulverized coal ash brick ( a kind of environmental protection building material ) we expect to establish business ralatonship with you .
